Yes. No matter the duty station you're heading to, I can help. Text me your new location and your report date and we'll get started.
Do I need to meet you in person?
No. Almost everything happens by phone, text and email, and documents are signed electronically. I close loans for people I've never met face to face all the time.
Will you know my local market?
I'll be honest: I won't know your new town the way I know Columbus. What I do know is the loan process, and that's universal. That's the most important part. I'll work with the local agent you trust, or help you find one.
Is the process any different out of state?
The loan process will flow the same regardless of location.
